Multi-Channel Marketing Campaign

A strategic digital campaign combining paid advertising, content, and performance tracking to deliver measurable results.

Multi-Channel Marketing Campaign

The brief

A coordinated go-to-market campaign spanning paid search, paid social, and organic content - built to demonstrate how we structure a campaign end-to-end, from initial strategy through to performance reporting.

What we built

  • Strategy first - defined the target audience, the core offer, and which channels actually matched how that audience makes buying decisions, before a single ad was built.
  • Paid search and paid social running in parallel - each platform capturing a different part of the funnel: search for people already looking, social for building awareness with people who aren't searching yet.
  • Coordinated creative - consistent messaging and visual identity across every channel, so a prospect who sees the brand on Instagram and later searches for it on Google recognizes the same campaign.
  • Performance tracking built in from day one - conversion tracking configured before launch, not retrofitted after the fact, so every channel's real contribution could be measured accurately.

Why multi-channel, not single-channel

Businesses often default to a single platform because it is simpler to manage. The tradeoff is a much smaller addressable audience. A coordinated multi-channel approach costs more to set up correctly, but reaches prospects at multiple points in their decision process instead of gambling on catching them at just one.

The takeaway

The channels matter less than the coordination between them. A campaign where search, social, and content all reinforce the same message consistently outperforms the same budget split across channels that aren't talking to each other.
